Time Magazine released its list of 100 Most Influential People today and Lady Gaga lands at #1 on Most Influential Artist list.

Lady Gaga was named the #1 Most Influential Artist this year. Also on the list: Conan O’Brien at #2, Taylor Swift at #9, and Simon Cowell at #15.

Also highlighting personalities as diverse as Sarah Palin, Bill Clinton, and Steve Jobs on Leader, Heroes, Thinker, and Social Networking lists.

President Barack Obama was named #4 on the Leaders list.

Gaga, a pop music sensation whose fame has skyrocketed in the last year. The  24-year-old’s contributions to music, artistry and social responsibility, it’s no wonder why the AIDS education spokesperson has gotten to the top of this list.
